Our Leadership

Each of the individuals on our leadership team have more than three decades of direct industry experience, bringing an unmatched level of expertise and professionalism to our clients.

Daniel J. Chauvin, Principal

Mr. Chauvin serves as the primary business leader for the organization. He oversees design and engineering processes and shapes these efforts into overall market strategy. For more than three decades, he has successfully led teams in the engineering, integration and deployment of large-scale life safety systems. He holds a Rhode Island Master Fire Alarm license and a Rhode Island Telecom Systems Contractor license. Mr. Chauvin successfully completed the US Naval Advanced Avionics Training program and was a Naval Aircrewman on the p-3 Orion anti-submarine aircraft. He holds an undergraduate degree from Quincy College and a level IV certification in Fire Alarm Systems Design from the National Institute for Certification in Engineering Technologies (NICET).

George Aguiar, Principal

Mr. Aguiar was a past owner of Flagship Security Company prior to merging with Norel Service Company. He maintains deep experience in consulting, designing and implementing integrated security and life safety systems. He has worked with multiple local, state and federal agencies to provide optimal security and access control solutions. As a key member of NSG Life Safety, Mr. Aguiar is a driving force behind operations, sales and marketing strategies. He holds a Bachelor’s degree in information technology.

Michael A Doucette, CET, Director of Field Operations

Mr. Doucette is our field support contact for our clients. His mission is to ensure that new systems are installed and operate in accordance with engineered design narratives and applicable codes during the commissioning and implementation phases. He has more than thirty-five years of industry experience programming and installing large-scale systems. He holds three NICET certifications including a Level IV in Fire Protection Engineering. He holds his Masters in Massachusetts, Rhode Island and Connecticut as well as his Boston F1 and RI TST-Telecommunication licenses.
